FAQs

Does the Bryant Park Shop have a physical location? 

Yes! We have a kiosk in the park for most of the year. During Winter Village, from the end of October to first week of March, find us on the Fountain Terrace next to the Information Kiosk. In the summertime, we’re located northwest of the fountain, directly up the stairs from 41st Street and 6th Avenue. 

What is your return or exchange policy? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Can I donate to Bryant Park online?

Bryant Park Corporation does not currently accept donations. However, 100% of proceeds from the Shop go directly toward keeping the park clean, safe, and exciting for all our visitors.  

How do I purchase a gift card for the Bryant Park Shop?

We are not currently selling gift cards for the shop. 

How do I leave a review for a product?

How much does it cost to ship a product?

Shipping costs vary depending on where you live and how quickly you’d like your package to arrive. We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $100 or more, excluding vintage furniture and signs.  

Do you ship internationally?

Please email us at bpshop@bryantpark.org to inquire about international shipments and costs. Shipping time may be longer, and costs higher, than for domestic packages.  

Is local pick-up available?

Yes, local pick-up is available at our office in Midtown Manhattan.  

What is the turnaround time on receiving a chair plaque in the park?  

Typically, chair plaques have a minimum turnaround time of two to three weeks. If you would like a rush order, please contact us or give us a call at (212) 768-4242, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  

Can I place a tax-exempt order online? 

If you are interested in placing a tax-exempt order, please send us an email at bpshop@bryantpark.org with your tax exemption certification and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  

Can I rent park bistro furniture for my event outside of the park?  

Yes! We offer a furniture rental program with a minimum order of $150. Please visit our website for more information, or email us at info@bryantpark.org.
